Refund policy

Because all of our products are handmade and custom designed, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at wegotgutzz@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We’ll make it right by either replacing the item or offering store credit.
